Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur a fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee. Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will also result in the full session fee being charged. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If there are exceptional situations affecting your ability to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
