SCOPE OF WORK

• Court-aligned psychological assessments

• Analysis of parental and child behaviour within the family system

• Structured formulations to support decision-making

• Interventions focused on the child's developmental needs

Referrals are accepted where:

• The work is agreed by all parties, or

• The work is recommended or directed within Court processes

• This supports assessment with visibility of the full family system and allows for meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

REFERRAL CRITERIA

APPROACH

• The work is grounded in a structured psychological lens.

• Assessment and intervention focus on understanding:

• the child

• the parent

• the relational and systemic dynamics within the family

• The aim is to provide clear, independent input that supports the Court in making developmentally appropriate decisions.

POSITION

• This work is not undertaken on behalf of one parent alone.

• The focus is on independent assessment and intervention within the family system, rather than advocacy.

This service is not designed for single-party assessments or work intended to support one position within proceedings.
